  1. Oops! I stand corrected! I should have really known better, too. I grew up with bouganvillea outside the house and these are definitely not them. Thanks for pointing that out. 🙂

  2. Hello..CC, (my wife..enjoys your blog..as do I)..noticed this flower. Her words..'I wanted to say,,"honey this is a habiscus not a bougenvilla". I agree with her. A bougenvilla is a small flower of all white to deep red colors. It is basicly a vine that is used to decorate and protect structures of all types. Flowers are beautiful no matter what they are called. Peace Tony and CC
